| Z1's problem is that since they are such big company, they can't keep all their employees in control. I'm sure the employee that got that balance tube shipped out to you did not actually give a damn if that's going to damage Z1's name. Instead he should have gone to his supervisor and mentioned that the balance tube looks horrible. As previously mentioned, it's absolutely great knowing when you call Coz, IPP or Specialty Z you are going to get ahold of Coz, Kyle, Greg or Seb. Since their business operations are fully under their watch, the quality control is top notch. Z1 needs to get their employees in check and actually higher people who care. Also, on another note, on time sensitive material call in and make sure they have it in stock prior on ordering. I never order anything that is crucial on timing from the internet prior of making sure it's in stock.
